Just a little about me.

Born and raised here in Fort Worth you can get a first hand account of what a great area we have.  Whether looking for a booming city with plenty of activities, a quiet rural area, or a place to start or grow your real estate portfolio, the Metroplex has it all. 

I've been in the real estate arena since 1999, when first venturing into real estate investing.  In August of 2000 I got my real estate license.  I've been the top producer in my office, and a multi-million dollar producer, and have won awards from the Century 21 Corporation such as the Masters Ruby Award.

Much time and effort has been spent continually sharpening my real estate knowledge and skills through education and experience.  In 2004  I earned the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute).  That makes me one of the elite, as less than ten percent of agents nationally have the GRI designation.

In 2005 & 2006 continued education was sought through joining Team Preforeclosure and Jeff Kaller learning to better help home owners facing the loss of their homes and what options are available to them.

Continuing to seek the expanse of knowledge, 2006 also brought more investment training and education through autopilot complete real estate and Kris Kirschner.

Through 2006-2007 focus was on buying, rehabbing, and selling nicer homes.  Getting into larger rehab projects was a fun and learning experience.

As 2007 began widing down and the market began to shift a little interests turned to more of a buy and hold mentality.  So, 2008-present that has been the game plan.  Holding properties, managing them, owner financing, and helping tenants get their credit repaired so they may be able to qualify for tradistional lending in the furture.

A shift in my personal like was implemented in 2008 as well as I committed to spending more time with family, friends, and enjoying life.

This partly led to start of a non-profit called Covering Home, which helps the families of military personnel that have members stationed overseas and those that have been disabled.

2009 also brought the joy of being able to mentor other investors which is always a learning experince for the mentor as well and the mentee.

To stay on top of the game I am involved in a coaching program that provides focus, education, encouragement, and a push to complete goals and objectives.  This translates into a business transaction that achieves results and all at the same time a pleasurable experience.
